now, set up the ribs on a grill with drip tray on the oven at 110C, for 3.45hrs, mop it every 30 min leaving a thick coat to glaze.

Preparation
In a pan add the milk, cheese, olive oil, garlic, black pepper, let it all melt and put it aside.
Grill or Pan fry the Portobelo(take out the Stem and Black thingy) for a couple seconds.
Just Plate it like the picture and chop the basil and sprinkle it on the top, enjoy

Preparation
Chop the Potatoes in thumb size pieces and boil it utile they are soft, strain it and cold wash it, and strain it once more.
Now, add some oil to a salté pan, chop the onions and garlic golden it, add the chopped frozen fish and shrimp, add some curry and Pepper Corn. It will create a lot of water, after the water looks taste it strain it into another smaller pan, add corn starch or cream and cayenne pepper and reduce it to be the sauce
With a boll smash the potatoes and add salt in the process, add a little bread crumbles and then smash the fish into uneven pieces and add it to the potato mix, add one beaten egg, work the dole one more time and cool it on the fridge for 15min
Prepare a mixture of Whole wheat flower with bread crumble, cayenne pepper, salt, now take hands full of the dole and work it into something like a tall mini burger and coat it with the mix, if not sticking you can wet it with butter. All you have to do now is fry it or broil it in the oven(healthier).
